Umm so since I’m stupid could someone kindly explain each step for me like step 3 am i head butting him in the face or the chest?

I think it depends on the height of the person, but I suppose the head is a more effective target. I hope this helps :)

If you can head butt him in the face totally do that but if you’re too short go for the throat-ish area or sort of near the base of his ribs because that’s gonna suck a lot.

Basics that everyone should know. Learn them.

About the whole “What if I’m too short to headbutt his face/chin” thing, my dad always taught me to go for the neck - Whether punching or whatever.

It’s not every day that 20 minutes after you arrive at work, your cashier gets pulled off the register in handcuffs while he’s still in the middle of ringing somebody up, then the assistant manager turns in her keys because she’s back on drugs, then your boss gives you a rat, then you get the rat home and it attacks you, tearing a gash into your hand an inch long and a quarter of an inch deep, then you faint from all the blood, then your boyfriend’s uncle gets you drunk while you wait for your housemate to return with band aids, then you realize that you indeed need stitches and can’t afford them, then you scream bloody murder while your boyfriend’s uncle cleans and bandages your hand. At this point, you are very, very drunk and you pass out again, this time hitting your head. You wake up disoriented at 6 a.m., realizing that your hand fucking hurts and you are scheduled for a stocking shift at 9 a.m. You go to the stocking shift and after bleeding through 3 band aids, you have to have you coworker superglue your hand back together in the office. THEDAYIFUCKINGHADYESTERDAY. At least now it’s glued, but I have a dance performance on Saturday with a lot of on-the-floor choreography in which I put most of my weight on MY HANDS. Dress rehearsal tomorrow should be interesting.

Private First Class Kimberly Rivera, mother of four children and pregnant with a fifth, was sentenced on April 29 to 14 months imprisonment, which was lowered to 10 months based on a plea agreement.

Her crime?

After serving a tour of duty in Iraq in 2006, she found herself unable to return.
